The best part! Let's face it, there's a good chance something could happen to your sunglasses. If so, we've got you covered with Neven's exclusive Everlast Guarantee.

If your sunglasses have been lost, stolen, damaged or broken, you can submit a claim for a brand new pair of the exact same style/color as your original purchase for a small processing fee of $15 (Domestic USA) or $25 USD (International) per pair. You can choose the exact same style/color as your original purchase.

If that style is no longer available, choose from any pair of equal or lesser value (limit one time usage per pair).

*Everlast does not apply to prescription glasses like it does for non-prescription sunglasses. Instead, we offer a one-time credit of 50% towards a replacement pair of full price prescription glasses within one (1) year of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Everlast Guarantee™ covers Neven sunglasses and eyewear that are lost, stolen, or broken. Eligible purchases qualify for replacement benefits under the terms of the program.

Each originally purchased pair of non-prescription sunglasses is eligible for a one time replacement claim during the lifetime of that pair.

Prescription glasses are eligible for a one-time 50% credit toward a full price replacement pair within one year of the original purchase.

When the original color is unavailable, the same style may be selected in a different color. When the original style is discontinued, a comparable pair of equal or lesser value may be chosen under the Everlast Guarantee™ program terms.

To submit an Everlast Guarantee™ claim, you must have one of the following:

  • A Neven Eyewear order number (begins with #NVN)
  • Your Amazon order number
  • Be signed in to a Neven customer account with registered product(s).
