Just recieved my Montauk prescription shades and they are awesome!! Fits perfectly and quality is better than most sunglasses out there. I took the two pairs for myself and one for my wife since I couldn't resist the Buy One, Get Two Free offer! Before expressing my opinions, I wanted to give things a good week and a half to see how they held up.
Initial thoughts? Comfortable, light, and fashionable. They slipped slightly when I walked at first, but now that I've broken them in, they fit well. They've been ideal for my daily walk breaks, but I haven't tried them out on a run yet.

The darkness is awesome

I cant rave about these enough, i work out sode driving tricks all day and could mot have asked for something better to calm the sun down for my sensitive eyes on these long hot Texas Days. Thank y'all for what you have done all my co workers think i spent Thousands on hi end glasses.

My absolute favorite shades ever. I love the vibrant green color. My only suggestion would to have a black frame option but they are my new favorite shades by far. I can wear them at work all day they don't slip down and they stay clean throughout the day. Get more green lenses options please! I love shades where you can't see my eyes and bright colored lenses.

For all orders placed before 11am EST, our goal is to get them packaged up and out the door the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will go out the following business day. Please keep in mind that our warehouse is closed on weekends and all major holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information

You should receive an email with all the tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. You can also track it by logging into your account and head to 'Order History' to view your order details.

We’ve got you covered with Neven’s exclusive Everlast Guarantee. If your frames have been lost, stolen, or broken, you can submit a claim for a new pair of the exact same style/color as your original purchase. If that color is no longer available, you can choose a pair of the same style in a different color. If that style is no longer available then you can choose any pair of equal or lesser value. (Limit to two time usage per pair)

*Customers are responsible for a one time processing fee of $12.50 per pair for domestic orders and $25 per pair for international order replacements.
**Original orders must include a NVN order number, Amazon order number or proof of purchase from one of our authorized retail partners. The Everlast Guarantee does not cover purchases from EBay, Mercari, Poshmark or other third parties who are not authorized retailers.
***For Prescription Everlast claims, please see the Prescription FAQ section, as the above does not apply to Rx orders.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • One Return or Exchange: You can return OR exchange only once per order within 30 days of the purchase date. Everlast claims and exchange orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Return: To return items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer for a refund, you must send back all 3 pairs together. *Prorated returns cannot be processed.
  • Exchange: If you only want to exchange for different pairs, you do not need to send all 3. Simply submit a request for the ones you wish to exchange and select the new pairs that we will ship out upon receipt of your package to the warehouse.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition. If there are signs of use, a $10 fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including the cloth pouch, box, and included hard case (Cosmic & 23 styles only).
  • Shipping: Once you receive the return label, make sure to mail the items within 10 days. Late returns will not be accepted. *International customers are responsible for return postage due to customs limitations
  • Non-Returnable Items: Mystery Box pairs, jewelry, cleaning kits, sticker packs, stickers, eyewear straps, and hard cases cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you purchased one of our 6 curated bundles, please contact us directly regarding all returns & exchanges
