All domestic orders greater than $50 are shipped FREE unless alternate shipping is requested. The free shipping method will take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive for all addresses within the contiguous US. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an estimated transit time of 2-4 weeks. APO/FPO and all other military addresses have an estimated transit time of 4 weeks. All orders under $50 are shipped by the method selected at checkout.Our order cutoff time is 12pm EST. All orders placed after 12pm EST are shipped the next business day.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing on orders containing prescription eyewear, readers, or plain/non-Rx products as these are fulfilled by our optical lab. Fabrication of prescription products begins once all prescription details have been received and verified.

All international orders are shipped using the method chosen and should arrive within 10-12 business days. Customs and border patrol delays may impact this timetable.

FedEx shipping offer valid for deliveries to domestic street addresses only, not available for delivery to PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO, Puerto Rico or other US Territory addresses, these orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which is an expedited but not guaranteed delivery service. All FedEx shipment delivery times are subject to terms and conditions and blackout dates shown at FedEx.

Slim Hard Case: Fits most Neven Eyewear styles. Case is not compatible with Cosmic, 23, Nightcrawler, Rella or Slater pairs.
Signature Hard Case: Fits all Neven Eyewear styles.

Eyewear Straps
Signature Strap and Wire Retainer fit all Neven Eyewear styles and are adjustable for the perfect fit.

Jewelry Sizing
All jewelry follows standard US sizing.

Mystery Box pairs, cleaning kits, sticker packs, stickers, eyewear straps, and hard cases cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

USA Only: If your order contains prescription eyewear AND sunglasses or accessories, you may receive two separate shipments as some items are fulfilled by our main warehouse while prescription items are fulfilled from our domestic Rx partner facility.

Accessories (including, but not limited to: Mystery Box pairs, cleaning kits, sticker packs, straws, eyewear straps, and hard cases) are not eligible for discounts and are not included in the Buy 1 Get 2 Free deal.
