What's in the set

One left and one right shield, moulded in TR90 to match the frame. They slide onto the temple arms — no tools, and they come off just as fast for the drive home.

Every Z87+ pair already ships with a set. This is for a spare, a swap, or a second color.

Fit & compatibility

Fits Tombstone XL Z87+ only — the standard Tombstone set will not clip on.

Description

Keep your Tombstone XL Z87+ safety eyewear ready for the job with Neven side shields. Each set includes one left and one right side shield that slides onto the temple arms and locks securely into the integrated notches on compatible Tombstone XL Z87+ frames.

Available in Black, Clear, and Smoke, these replacement side shields let you replace lost/damaged originals or swap colors to match the job at hand. Clear shields are a great option when you want lateral protection while maintaining as much peripheral visibility as possible.

Compatibility

Fits Tombstone XL Z87+ safety frames only.
Not compatible with standard (non-safety) Tombstone XL frames.
Not interchangeable with Tombstone Z87+ frames. Please purchase the Tombstone version for regular-fit models.

*Important: Side shields must be properly installed on compatible Z87+ safety frames for the eyewear to meet ANSI Z87+ impact requirements. Without the side shields installed, the eyewear meets ANSI Z87 basic impact requirements only.

Shipping & Returns

Free shipping on orders $50+. Accessories are final sale — no returns or exchanges — so check which frame you own before ordering.

Measured in millimetres

Frame width is the number that matters — temple to temple across the front. Measure a pair that already fits you and match it.

Size	Frame	Lens	Bridge
Standard	—	—	—
XL	—	—	—
XXL	157mm	—	—

Temple length is 135mm on both. XXL runs 157mm but there is no Z87+ XXL yet — the regular line has it.

Under 140mm

Take Standard. An XL will slide down your nose.

140–150mm

Either works. Standard sits closer, XL gives more coverage.

Over 150mm

Take XL. Standard will pinch at the temples by the end of a shift.

Our Story

Neven started with a simple problem: great sunglasses were overpriced and underwhelming. What began in a small room packing boxes by hand has grown into a global community shipping millions of pairs worldwide. From the start, we set out to prove that independent eyewear can be high-quality, affordable, and built to last. Every frame we create is a reminder of where we came from and how far passion can take you. What drives us isn’t just selling sunglasses — it’s redefining what people expect from a brand that truly cares.

Our Mission

To deliver premium eyewear without the premium price tag. We back every pair with our Everlast Guarantee™— if your shades are lost, broken, or stolen, we'll replace them. Our mission is to make eyewear worry-free, accessible, and always stylish. We believe quality shouldn’t come with conditions, and customer care should go beyond the checkout. Every order is more than a transaction — it's a promise that we’ll always have your back. From packaging to lenses, every detail is crafted with purpose, because the small things matter. We exist to remind people that great products can still come from independent minds who care about the experience as much as the outcome.

Our Vision

We believe in disrupting an industry that forgot about the customer. Our vision is to keep pushing forward with innovative designs, honest pricing, and a brand that feels like family. From the Space Coast to the world, we’re here to prove that eyewear can be better for everyone. We see a future where independent brands lead with transparency, authenticity, and heart. Neven isn’t just a name — it’s a movement to bring meaning back to modern eyewear. We want to inspire confidence every time someone puts on a pair of Nevens, knowing they’re part of something built on integrity and passion. The goal is simple: raise the bar for what eyewear can be and never lose sight of why we started.

Mystery Box pairs, Z87+ side shields, cleaning kits, sticker packs, stickers, eyewear straps, and hard cases cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Side shields are frame-specific, and the compatible frame collection name is printed directly on each shield. Some standard and XL styles may share compatible shields, while others do not, so always check the compatibility information on the product page before ordering.

Neven Safety side shields are designed specifically for compatible frames within the Safety Collection and will not fit our regular, non-safety sunglasses.

Before installing your side shields, make sure you have the correct shields for your frame. Side shields are frame-specific, and the compatible frame collection name is printed directly on each shield.

To install, slide each shield over the end of the corresponding temple arm and push it into place until you feel it click securely into position. To remove, carefully slide the shield back off the temple arm.

Our side shields are designed specifically for compatible frames within the Neven Safety Collection. Safety frames feature a locking point that secures the shield in place, so our Z87+ side shields cannot be added to regular, non-safety Neven sunglasses.

Before using your eyewear for Z87+ protection, always make sure both side shields are securely locked into place and inspect the eyewear for damage.

If your Neven Safety eyewear comes with removable side shields, the shields must be properly installed for the eyewear to meet Z87+ requirements. Without the side shields installed, these styles meet Z87 basic impact requirements only.

Always make sure both shields are securely locked into place before using your eyewear where Z87+ protection is required.
